To qualify for housing assistance, families must meet federal income limits. Families are accepted based on the date they apply. It is important to request an application as soon as possible and keep your information up to date.

The Grant County Housing Authority owns and manages 217 units located outside of Grant County. We serve Moses Lake, North Moses Lake, Ephrata, Soap Lake, Quincy, Grand Coulee, Royal City. Tenant is responsible for electricity.

Housing Authority administers 237 vouchers. The Housing Choice Voucher program puts housing choice in the hands of the individual family.  A subsidy is paid to the owner directly by the PHA on behalf of the family.  The family then pays the difference between the actual rent charged by the property owner and the amount subsidized by the program.

The Grant County Housing Authority has 47 units in the North Moses Lake area, also known as Larson Air Force Base. The units available are two, three and four bedroom units. Family pays 30% of adjusted monthly income.  Tenant is responsible for electricity.
