In the healthcare field, the Law of Cohesion and Quality of the NHS defines competency as the ability of the healthcare professional to integrate and apply the knowledge, skills and attitudes associated with the good practices of his or her profession to resolve the situations that arise.

Although we have said that everything must be managed, activities are no less so, and since we are dealing with health management, we will have to focus our ideas and efforts on this subject.
In order to follow any path, the first thing we have to be very clear about is where we want to go, so that we can plan, in the not too distant future, where we want to go and how we want to go. That is to say, what is the objective of our immediate management.

Importance of health management
