Finance the acquisition of properties in the rural sector, with the objective of establishing a land bank, to be awarded in the form of sale with mortgage guarantee and with a gender focus, to poor women in the rural sector, taking into consideration their special state of economic vulnerability.
The initial capital of the Fund may be increased by means of budgetary contributions, resources from private donations, cooperation agencies and multilateral organizations guaranteed by the State. However, the Fund must capitalize its resources to guarantee its sustainability.

Yes, and this is fundamental. It is a mistake not to see the kind of capitalist planning that is taking place within the globalization project. There was a massive intervention in the feminist agenda and policies with the aim of using feminism to promote neoliberalism and to counteract the subversive potential that the women’s movement had in terms, for example, of fighting against the sexual division of labor and against all the mechanisms of exploitation. On the one hand, the work of the UN was to redefine the feminist agenda and I think they were quite effective. Through various world conferences, for example, they presented themselves as representing the women of the world and what feminism is or is not. On the other hand, their other objective was to ‘educate’ the governments of the world that something had to change in labor legislation to allow women to enter wage labor.
